ITT SYSTEMS CORP AWARDED CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE, SUPPLY AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

According to DOD: ITT Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colo., wasawarded on Feb. 28 a $40,568,603 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for maintenance, supply andtransportation services in support of the Army Preposition StocksKuwait and direct theater support for Southwest Asia missions. Workwill be performed in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, with an estimatedcompletion date of Feb. 28, 2015. The bid was solicited through theInternet with five bids received. The U.S. Army Rock IslandContracting Center, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity(W911SE-07-D-0006).
